Who should have a flu shot? --> Everyone age 6 months and older ... We recommend everyone age 65 or older have the 'high dose' flu shot if available.
Who should not have the flu shot? --> It is very rare that patients should not have a flu shot. The only people who should not have it, are those that have had an anaphylactic reaction to a previous flu shot.
I need a flu immunization/flu shot - What do I do now?

Each person requires their own unique booking.
Please review and complete both the FLU SHOT / IMMUNIZATION CONSENT, and the Dépistage COVID Screening forms prior to your appointment (they are sent to you automatically after you book your appointment)
a. If you are a patient of Dr. Donohue:
i. At the first page, click NO
ii. On the next page, click the "Flu Shot Clinic"
iii. Then choose "Flu Shot only"
iv. Choose your date and time from the availabilities
v. Enter the requested information
vi. Confirm your information and submit to finish booking!
If you are a patient of Dr. Brophy, Dre. Caissie, Dre. Clement, or Dr. Lilly:
i. At the first page click YES
ii. Enter the information exactly as displayed on your health card
iii. Put in the password sent to your email/phone to confirm your identity
iv. Select "Flu Shot Clinic"
v. Click "Flu Shot Only"
vi. Choose your date and time from the availabilities
vii. Confirm your information and submit to finish booking!
If you need to cancel, or change your flu shot appointment, you may do so online as long as it is more than 48h in advance. You can do so by going to your confimration message, logging in, then clicking on appointment details.
