Please ensure you click on the right link for your doctor.
Please note that online appointments are for DIGITAL VIDEO OR TELEPHONE VISITS ONLY.
Any in office visit can only be booked after talking to your physician.
Sometimes your physician may be running a bit late but your physician will call you no later than 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment.
If you miss the first call from your physician, we will call you back within a few minutes.
If we have tried to reach you twice and failed, then the appointment is considered a ’no show’.
The usual ‘no show’ fees may apply and you will need to schedule another appointment time.
Virtual Care (ie. digital video visits or telephone visits) has some inherent privacy and security risks that your health information may be intercepted or unintentionally disclosed. We want to make sure you understand this before we proceed. In order to improve privacy and confidentiality, you should also take steps to participate in Virtual Care in a private setting, use an encrypted email service if available, and you should not use an employer’s or someone else’s computer/device as they may be able to access your information.
If it is determined you require a physical exam you may still need to be assessed in person. You should also understand that virtual care is not a substitute for attending the Emergency Department if urgent care is needed.
